WHEAT GERM
Food rich in wheat germ is not only good for bowel but our skin and hair also love them. This keeps our skin young and our hair retain their color for a longer time. Wheat germ can be taken with honey, blackstrap molasses or with hot milk. However as with other remedies, these have to be taken for months to years to get rid of gray hair.

People taking fish oil capsules for heart diseases ar just for general well being have found ’side effect’ that with passage of time most of their grey hairs are gone. This led to believe fish oil has something to treat gray hair, though it is less likely for some one to take these concentrates merely for gray hair treatment.
HEALTHY FOODS
Always take food rich in wheat bran, vitamins, minerals and proteins. Fresh juices and vegetables are something really good for skin and hair. Carrot juice at least one glass per day is really helpful to keep your skin glowing and retain healthy hair. Make sure you get enough Calcium, vitamin B complex and vitamin C. At an older age it is recommended to take some good multi- vitamin daily. Junk foods and canned foods should be avoided as these contain chemical preservatives which in the long run damage our skin and hair.
